Horse Guided: Anti-Average Leadership Workshop (Colorado)

Located in Parker, Colorado at the Goodburn Ranch. 

No horse experience required and all work is done from the ground (no riding). 

This full-day event is for a small group of leaders who want to redefine the rhythm of their leadership and improve their interpersonal communication, while working in hands-on activities with the herd.

The horses will help you to see new ways to:

-Naturally build stronger trust with yourself and your "herd" (employees, partners, clients, etc.).

-Communicate with greater clarity so you can ignite improved performance.

-Move through fear and effectively lead in uncertain or challenging environments.

-Renew energy so you can enhance connection and create solid rhythms of doing business.
