In this workshop, participants will learn advanced communication techniques like mirroringand storytelling, sharpen negotiation prowess through strategic questioning, and refine presentation skills for both stage and executive reports, enabling them to lead with confidence and effectiveness in their agricultural leadership roles and beyond.

These skills encompass clear and concise verbal and written communication, active listening, empathy, persuasion, storytelling, and the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
